Res P-97-10Resolution No. P-97-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 87-13R2, UNIT II, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 323-090-17, 43, 66, AND 69 AND 323-091-02 AND 05 AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS P-88-85 AND P-90-45 WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 87-13R2, Unit II referred to as "Map", submitted by Burlich C )plicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as portions of Sections 19 and 24, Township 14 South, Range 1 and 2 West, San Bemardino Meridian into 42 lots, regularly came before the City Council on March 11, 1997; WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services I~ ted approval of the map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public heating. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: E Finding The previously certified Subsequent I~ Impact Report (SEIR) of July 26, 1988, has been considered and found to be adequate for h5 ) in that the map is conditioned to conform to the adopted South Poway Planned Community. Section 2: Findings: The City Council makes the following findings regarding Tentative Tract Map 87-13R2, Unit II and the Map thereof: 1.
