A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 89-02M(2)
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 314-632-47
WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 89-02M(2) submitted by Sun
Coast Homes, Inc., owner, requests approval to modify the comprehensive sign program
for th center located at 14969 Pomerado Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City does hereby
follows:
The sign program is not subject to the California E Quality Act in that
it :lards for on-premise signs.
That the proposed lance with the purpose and standards contained
in Section 17.40.010 of the Poway Municipal Code.
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 89-02M(2) subject
to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.

All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and design
guidelines contained in Attachment C of the agenda report for CSP 89-
02M(2) dated March 25, 1997.
Nationally known I y request for a deviation from the standards for
Sign Type A and B, and theI signs only. ,Any deviation from the
standards for Sign Types C, E and F shall require City Council approval in
the form of a modification to the comprehensive sign program.
Logos on the Pomerado Road :the building shall be limited to 16
inches in height and shall not exceed a total area of six (6) square feet.
The approved color palate for sign copy on the l sign is red-2783
and yellow-2037 on a white background. Nationally known tenants may
request for a deviation from the approved colors.

Approval of this request shall not 31lance with Section 17.40.010
of the Zoning Code and all other applicable City Ord effect at the
time of sign permit issuance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 25th day of March, 1997.
