P- 97-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 97-02 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-271-18,19 WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit 97-02 submitted by Ballard Power Corporation, Applicant, for the purpose of establishing a manufacturing facility for the assembly of alternative fuel cells. The preperty is located at 12190 Tech Center Drive, in the South Poway Planned Community; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered the staff report and has considered other evidence presented at a public hearing held on April 1, 1997. COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES. SITE DEVELOPMENT 1. COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED, COMPLIANCE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING SERVICES. 1. A public right-of-way permit must be obtained for any work on public streetJroad. Th ' :ed fee is $150. 2. A $500 fee for engineering inspection is required for the pavement of driveway and street curb cut. COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED.
