APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 79-06M(2)

WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP)79-06M(2) submitted by Michael
Pinto Trust and Samuel and Pamela Goldstein, Owners, Stanford Sign, Applicant, requests
approval to modify the comprehensive sign program for th center located at
12845 Poway Road within the Community B
NOW, THEREFORE, the City does hereby
follows:

That the proposed ' ' lance with the purpose and standards contained
in Section 17.40.010 of the Poway Municipal Code.
Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 79-06M(2) subject
to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and design
guidelines as approved by the County Planning Department on March 29,
1979, and the Poway Planning Department on December 11, 1986, as
shown on Attachment D and Attachment E, respectively, of the subject
agenda report for CSP 79-06M(2) dated May 13, 1997.
The number of wall signs permitted per center tenant is one (1)
per business frontage and/or parking lot (including parking areas at the rear
of the building) with th I three wall signs per business.
Either channel letter or cabinet style wall signage shall be allowed on the
small stand alone tenant building addressed as 12845 Poway Road, Suite
400. The permitted sign copy blue, b :1.

Approval of this request shall not 31lance with Section 17.40 of the
Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable City ordinances in effect at the
time of sign permit issuance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 13th day of May 1997.
