Res P-97-30NC.P- 97-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 97-34 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 97-34, submitted by Richard Muir, applicant, requests approval of a high school age band perf ~ich is to be held within the former K-Mart/Mega Foods building located at 13630 Poway Road. The concert is to be held on Saturday, June 14, 1997 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the California E Quality Act (CEQA), the al: ~ :1 project is not subject to CEQA. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. All fire hydrants shall ~ob 25 feet in all directions. The storage and removal of all trash material shall be provided so as not to constitute a fire hazard. A plan indicating the seating arrangements, location and width of exit ways and aisles shall be submitted for approval and an approved copy of the plan shall be kept on display, on the premises (UFC 2501.14) - subject to approval prior to the event. If the number of fixed seats are greater than 300, they shall be fastened together in groups of not less than three(UFC 2501.10.2). Fire exits shall remain unlocked during the concert. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Any necessary building permits shall be secured. A ' ' :two trash receptacles per acre of parking area or per single parking area, whichever is 3all be provided. All signs for the event must be approved by the Director of Planning Services prior to installation and shall be removed promptly, within two days following the event. The applicant shall meet with representatives of each of the City departments concerned at least one week prior to each event to ensure that all conditions of approval will be met. The sites shall be utilized in accordance with this resolution and the approved site plans on file in the Planning Department, except as may otherwise be provided herein, prior t I of the activity.
