Res P-97-34RESOLUTION NO. P- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 91-02TE(2) ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 275-560-17, 18, and 19 WHEREAS, a request for a one year time extension for Tentative Tract Map 91-02, hereinafter "Map" submitted by Ali Yar Dehghani, Owner, ERB Engineering, Applicant, for the purpose of subdividing a 10.3 acre property located between Camino Del Valle and Calle Colina, south of the Valle Verde Road and Valle Verde Terrace j :ed, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of C before the City Council for public hearing and action on July 8, 1997; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: A Negative D ~h Mitigation M' :1 on May 28, 1991. The City Council finds that the previously issued Negative Declaration with Mitigation M' :lequately discusses th I this project.
