A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 97-01
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 317-270-09 & 10
WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 97-01 submitted by ASAC, L.L.C.
owner, requests approval of a comprehensive sign program for the light industrial center
located at 13100 and 13200 Kirkham Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City does hereby
follows:

The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 97-01 subject to
the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and design
guid :1 in Attachment C of the agenda report for CSP 97-01.

Nationally known I y request for a deviation from the standards for
Sign Type A and the l signs only. Any deviation from the
standards for Sign Type A and th : signs shall require City Council
approval in the form of a modification to the comprehensive sign program.

Logos on the Kirkham Way elevation of the building shall be limited to 16
inches in height and shall not exceed a total area of six (6) square feet.
The approved color palate for sign copy on the l sign will be
determined with a separate sign permit. Nationally known tenants may
request a deviation from the approved colors.

of the Zoning Code and all other applicable City Ord' ~ect at the
time of sign permit issuance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 15th day of July, 1997.
