A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TTM 90-06TE
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 314-060-03, 04; 314-131-07, 12
WHEREAS, a request for a three year time e ension for Tentative Tract Map (TTM)
90-06 Time Extension (TE), hereinafter "Map" submi 'ed by Darioush Parniani, Applicant,
for the purpose of subdividing a 16.9 ' ht single-family lots at the north end
of Eisenhower Avenue, north of Meadowbrook Scho I in the RR-C before the
City Council for public hearing and action on August 12, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
