P-97-68 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 97-11 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 323-090-63 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 97-11, su' mitted by Ddsdan, Inc., proposes to split a 3.79 acre lot into two parcels. The subject p perty is lot 56 of Final Map 12556 and is located on the southwest corner of the t-inters ction of Danielson Street and Stowe Drive within the South Poway Planned Community z ne. The land use designation of the property is Light Industrial and the lot is locate within the South Poway Planned Community zone; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 1997, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item.
