A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TPM 93-06TE(2)
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 278-170-03
WHEREAS, a one year time extension for Tentative Pamel Map 93-06, hereinafter
"Map" submitted by Donna Liebdch, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing real property
situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as the
Southeast Quarter of Lot 1, (Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter) Section 31,
Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, regularly came
before the City Council for public hearing and action on March 12, 1996; and
WHEREAS,the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:

The proposed project' l with the general plan in that it proposes
one acre lots for residential development and the site is designated for Iow
density rural residential development.
The design or improvement of the tentative parcel map ' l with all
applicable general and specific plans; in that the proposed lot sizes and
config :lhere to the development standards for the RR-C zone and
the proposed public imp :the req :the Subdivision
Ordinance.
The site is physically suitable for the type of development and the density
proposed; in that th the slope and density criteria for the RR-C
zone.
The design of the subd : likely I ~)stantial
damage and avoidable injury to h :l wildlife or other habitat; in that
mitigation I be required to offset potential impacts.

The tentative parcel map is not likely to cause serious public health
problems; in that all lots will be served by publ :1 sanitary sewer
service.
The design of the tentative parcel map will not conflict with any easement by
the public at large, now of record, l' through or use of the property
within the proposed subdivision.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 93-06TE(2) subject to the
following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval (1) the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
Approval of TPM 93-06TE is based on it :h the conditions
contained in City Council Resolutions P-94-09 and P-96-13.
The applicant shall pay a total of 10 percent of the required sewer fees
( $1,342.40) which :1 in LOA #259, along with an administrative
fee ($50).
The t 3 approval shall expire on February 15, 1999. Application
for time ex1 :be received 90 days pdor to exp ~ance
with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 3rd day of March 1998.
