A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TPM 93-07TE(2)
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 278-181-41
WHEREAS, a one year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map 93-07, hereinafter
"Map" submitted by David and Patricia Faustman, applicant, for the purpose of dividing a
4.15 acre property located at 15650 Kingman Road, City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and action on
March 17, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
A Negative Declaration was issued on March 1, 1994 for TPM 93-07. No new
significant impacts have occurred or will result with the granting of the time
ex1 :l furth : necessary.

The proposed project' l with the general plan in that it proposes
two acre lots for residential development and the site is designated for Iow
density rural residential development.
The design or improvement of the tentative parcel map ' l with all
applicable general and specific plans; in that the proposed lot sizes and
config :lhere to the development standards for the High Valley RR-
B zone.
The site is physically suitable for the type of development and the density
proposed; in that the site meets the slope and density criteria for the High
Valley RR-B zone.

The tentative pamel map is not likely I public health problems
in that City water and an approved septic system will be required for the
additional lot.
The design of the tentative parcel map will not conflict with any easement by
the public at large, now of record, f through or use of the property
within the proposed subdivision.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 93-07TE(2) subject to the
following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval (1) the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
Approval of TPM 93-07TE (2) is based on its with the
condil' :1 in City Council Resolutions P-94-14 and P-96-20.
The tentative map approval shall expire on March 1, 1999. Application for
time extension must be received 90 days prior to expiration in accordance
with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 17th day of March 1998.
