A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 98-08
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 273-820-17
WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 98-08, submitted by Paul and Donna
LeComte, Applicants, requests that the staff approval of the minor development review for
construction of a new single family home be upheld by the Poway City Council for the
property located on a 1.10 acre lot locate at 17050 Edina Court within the RR-C zone; and
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1998, held a headng to solicit comments regarding appeal
of the staff approval by an immediate neighbor, and having taken publ : both pro
and con, relative to this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
The City Council finds that a Minor Development R 3t from under the
provisions of the California E Quality Act, Class 3, as a residential
:1 accessory structure.
Section
1.
The approved project' : with the General Plan in that single family
homes are permitted in the rural residential zone and all plans associated
with the project :.
That the approved project will not have an aC :hetic, health, safety,
or architecturally related impact upon adjoining properties in that the design
of the new home are in keeping with the architectural style and scale of
surrounding home in the area.
3. The approved project'
with all
City standards.
That the project is required to meet all engineering standards in regards to
drainage.
The City Council hereby approves Minor Development Review 98-08 subject to the
following conditions:
All condit' :1 within the original approval letter dated May 1, 1998 shall
remain in full force and effect.
