A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TPM 93-05TE
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 323-262-09,10
WHEREAS, a two-year time extension for Tentative Pamel Map 93-05, hereinafter
"Map" submitted by Bill Yen, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing real property located
at the northeast corner of Adah Lane and Chancellor Way in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing
and action on June 2, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:

have occurred or will result with the granting of the time extension and further

parcels greater than 20,000 square feet in size and the site is designated for

The tentative parcel map is not likely I public health problems
in that City water and sewer system Will serve the property.
The design of the tentative parcel map will not conflict with any easement by
the public at large, now of record, t' through or use of the property
within the approved subdivision.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 93-05TE subject to the
following conditions:
1. Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
2. Approval of TPM 93-05TE is based on il :h the conditions
contained in City Council Resolution P-93-34.
4. The t 3 approval shall expire on July 13, 2000. Application for a
final one-year time ex1 :be received 90 days prior to expiration in
accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of California,
this 2nd day of June 1998.
