P-98-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 98-30 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-190-44 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 98-30, submitted by Poway Hyundai, applicant, requests approval to establish a temporary site 1' dealership, including a modular sales building and temporary lighting, at 13631 Poway Road, in the AGC zone; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Section 1: E Iai Findi This project is categorically exempt (Class 4) under the p ' ' : the California E Quality Act as the event is temporary in nature and will have negligible or no permanent effects on th l. The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 98-30 subject to the following conditions: APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. All fire hydrants shall ! obstructions 25 feet in all directions. 2. The storage and removal of all trash material shall be provided so as not to constitute a fire hazard. 3. A minimum 2A10BC fire extinguisher shall be provide every 75 feet of travel distance. A fire inspection will be conducted prior to delivery of inventory to the lot. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Any necessary building permits shall be secured. 2. A ' ' :two trash receptacles per acre of parking area or per single parking area, which 3all be provided. 3. All signs for the business shall conform to Poway Comprehensive Sign Ordinance standards. 4. The office ! 3 and inspection shall require a building permit. 5. Provision for temporary electrical power will require an electrical permit and an inspection approval by the Building Inspection Division. 6. Outdoor lighting shall be shielded so as to prevent light spillage onto adjoining residential lots and/or onto Poway Road. 7. No auto servicing shall be permitted. 8. No outdoor paging or public address system is permitted to be used. 9. Surfacing of the sales lot and fire lanes with gravel or other suitable surface which will effectively control dust and support the weight of fire equipment shall be completed prior to the delivery of inventory. 10.
