Res P-98-38 RESOLUTION NO. P- 98-38 a RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, C APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 98-31 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 98-31, submitted by the City of Poway, applicant, requests approval of the Old PowaY Park event to be held on July 4th, 1998. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the California E Iai Quality Act, the al: :1 project is categorically exempt, Class 4e and 1 lc, in that the Old Poway Park Celebration event is temporary in nature and will have negligible or no permanent effects on th I. The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 98-31 subject to the following conditions: COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED. The Public Services Department will provide any needed barricades and signs for traffic control at or near Old Poway Park. COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED. The event committee shall designate an on-site location for police, fire, and paramedic units out of the main activity area and maintain sufficient access for emergency vehicles at all times.
