APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 98-01
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 323-090-62
WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 98-01 submitted by Scripps
Poway Business Park, Owner, requests approval of a comprehensive sign program for the
light industrial center located at 13801-13881 Danielson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City does hereby

The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 98-01 subject to
the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and design
guid :1 in Attachment C of the agenda report for CSP 98-01.
Nationally known'l ! request for a deviation from the standards for
Individual Tenant signs only. Any deviation from the standards for the
: sign shall require City Council approval in the form of a
modification to the comprehensive sign program.
The approved color palette for sign copy on the l sign will be
determined with a separate sign permit. Nationally known tenants may
request a deviation from the approved colors.

APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
