A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 98-60
ASSESSORS PARCEL NUMBER 275-240-36
WHEREAS Minor Development Review 98-60, was submitted by South Coast Civil
Engineering, Applicant for Douglas & Angela Mahin, Owners for the purpose of
constructing a single-family house of 3, 716 sq. ft. with a partial second-story of up to 28.5
feet tall plus an 852 square feet gara§ ' .;I graded pad 4.5 acres off Glen Circle
Road. within the Rural Residential C zone; and
WHEREAS, on September 1, 1998, the City Council held a hearing to solicit
from the public, both pro and con, relative to this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby

the biological conservation easement, shall be prohibited unless approved by the
City Council.

SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
Grading plan for the development of the property shall be submitted to the City's
Engineering Services Department for review and approval prior to issuance of a
grading permit and start of grading operation unless grading involves earthwork

a state Registered Civil Engineer indicating the amount of earthwork shall be
furnished to said City's Engineering Services Department and a $500.00 inspection
fee shall be paid prior to building permit issuance.

A right-of-way permit shall be obtained from the City's Engineering Services
