REVOKING APPROVAL OF MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 98-02
AND RESCINDS RESOLUTION P-98-29
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-151-64
WHEREAS, Minor Conditional Use Permit 98-02 was submitted by Jim Piva,
applicant, for approval of a permit to o[: :luipment rental business located at
12316 Oak Knoll Road in the Community Business District; and
WHEREAS, approval of the subject request was conditionally granted by the City
Council on May 12, 1998 by adoption of Resolution number P-98-29; and
WHEREAS, as of August 18, 1998 the conditions of approval of Minor
Conditional Use Permit 98-02 had not b ' ~ :1, specifically as follows:

Landscaping has not been installed in the front setback area.
Complete paving of :1 by vehicles has not been completed.
The southern facade of the modular office has not been enhanced.
Although wood slats have been placed within the chain link f .;I a

In addition, staff h :1 photographs showing violations of conditions including:
1. Large equipment on site.
2. Veh :1 with the business being parked in the access
easement area.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby

This action is not subject to CEQA.

The City Council hereby revokes Minor Conditional Use Permit 98-02 and rescinds
Resolution P-98-29. The Council finds as follows:
