WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 81-02R submitted by Robert
Carson, Applicant, requests approval of a change to a comprehensive sign program for the
Town and Country Center located at the northeast corner of Poway Road and Community
Road in the Town Center zone; and

of the Zoning Code and all other applicable City Ordinances in effect at the
time of sign permit issuance.
