APPROVING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 99-01
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 317-810-32
WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 99-01 submitted by William
Roskowski, Applicant, requests approval of a comprehensive sign program for the light
industrial center located at 13670 Danielson Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City does hereby resolve as follows:

The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 99-01 subject to the
following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of
approval have been read and understood.
All signs within each lot shall conform to the sign criteria and design guidelines
contained herein:
WALL SIGNS:
Wall signs shall be limited to identification of business by name and
identifying logo, located at the main pedestrian entrance or parking area.

number of wall signs shall be one per business.
c. The
individual wall sign area shall not exceed 15 square feet.
Individual wall sign shall be located on one (1) west-facing tilt-up panel
enclosing tenant's space. Sign shall be centered horizontally in the panel
and centered vertically 2'-4" above top of glazing frame.

Th height shall be limited to 16", except Io9os shall be limited to
24" and shall not exceed six (6) square feet. (Color may be used in the
logo.)
The sign material shall be 1" Al :lual, brushed finish, mounted
with foam tape and adhesive. (No mechanical t' lowed.)
Additional signage shall be allowed on storefront doors and shall be white
vinyl letters and Iogos, not to exceed 25% of the door area. Signs shall not
be allowed on windows.
Nationally known tenants may request a deviation from the standards for
individual tenant signs only.
i. Lessee shall maintain signage in good repair.
Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with Section 17.40.010 of the
Zoning Code and all other applicable City Ordinances in effect at the time of sign
permit issuance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 9th day of March, 1999.
