FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 97-04 REVISED
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 314-031-06 & 39
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 97-04 Revised submitted by Ames Contracting,
applicant, for the purpose of modifying the conditions of approval for 'FrM 97-04
subdividing the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California into fifteen lots regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and
action on April 20, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 97-04 Revised meets the raq
C zone; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Development Services h :led approval of
the parcel map, subject to all conditions set forth in the Development Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to G l code Section 66020(d)(1), NOTICE IS
FURTHER GIVEN that the 90-day period to protest the imposition of any fee, dedication,
reservation, or otb described in this resolution begins on the effective date of
this resolution and any such protest must I: that complies with Section 66020.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby approve
proposed Tentative Tract Map 97-04 Revised.
On April 14, 1998, the City Council found that the project will not have a significant
adverse impact on the I and issued a Negative Declaration with
Mitigation Measures. The previously certified Final E Iai Impact Report
(EIR) for the Green Valley Ridge Subdivision project (prior name for Huntington
Gate) and certified on February 4, 1986 is incorporated by ~ No further

The approved tentative tract map ' : with the Poway General Plan
