P- 99-29 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TPM 93-06TE(3) ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 278-170-03 WHEREAS, a one year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map 93-06, hereinafter "Map" submitted by Donna Liebdch, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described as the Southeast Quarter of Lot 1, (Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter) Section 31, Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and action on April 20, 1999; and WHEREAS,the Director of Planning Services has :led approval of the Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and WHEREAS, pursuant to G I Code Section 66020(d)(1), NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the 90-day period to protest the imposition of any fee, dedication, or otb described in this resolution begins on the effective date of th' :l any such protest must I~ that complies with Section 66020. Approval of TPM 93-06TE(3)is based :h the conditions contained in City Council Resolutions P-94-09, P-96-13 and P-98-12. The applicant shall pay a total of 10 percent of the required sewer fees ( $1,342.40) which -1 in LOA #259, along with an ad fee ($50).
