SUBJECT: Award of Bid for the Construction, Delivery, and Setup
of Modular Office Building
On Wednesday, August 6, 1986 proposals were received for this modular o +.'ice
building which will staff the engineering design team and the inspection
sections of the Public Services Department.
This unit will be a temporary structure funded through a lease purchase plan.
FINDINGS
Three proposals were submitted for construction of the modular office building.
After review of the proposals by staff, it was determined that Nbdular Building
Concepts had presented the mst complete and satisfactory proposal.
The three submittals, based on a five -year lease with annual payments, are
as follows:

Funding for this lease purchase has been appropriated at $10,500 a year, which
