A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING STREET NAME CHANGE 99-01
WHEREAS, Street Name Change 99-01 submitted by McCullough/Ames, requests
the approval t 200 foot segment of Midland Road to Saddlebrook Lane. The
segment is located at Midland Road, south of Del Poinente Road.
WHEREAS, the street name change request complies with the adopted City of
Poway Street Naming Policy.
WHEREAS, pursuant to G l Code Section 66020(d)(1), NOTICE IS
FURTHER GIVEN that the 90-day period to protest the imposition of any fee, dedication,
reservation, or otb described in this resolution begins on the effective date of
this resolution and any such pretest must I: that complies with Section 66020.
