A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM 99-02
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 320-200-43
WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) 99-02 submitted by Chris Cote,
Grafiks Signs, applicant; Trident Homes, owner; requests approval of a comprehensive
sign program for the Scdpps Trident Plaza shopping center located at 12205-12295
Scripps Poway Parkway, at the southwest comer of Pomerado Road in the South Poway
Planned Community.
WHEREAS, pursuant to G : Code Section 66020(d)(1), NOTICE IS
FURTHER GIVEN that the 90-day period to protest the imposition of any fee, dedication,
or otb described in this resolution begins on the effective date of
this resolution and any such protest must b that complies with Section 66020.

with formed acrylic faces. Area of said signs shall be 40 square feet each side.

reflects the amhitecture and color palette of the adjacent Rolling Hills Estates residential
community subject to approval by the City of Poway and the landlord.
